A New Generation

Today I got to be a part of kicking off the “Big Apple Adventure” at the church I grew up in…North Greenwood Baptist in Greenwood, MS.

It was AWESOME! I think we had close to 500 in attendance!

I’ve been leading the music for their VBS since 1998 when “Star Quest Galactic Good News Adventure” was released.

The really sweet thing is that so many of the kids that came back in those days are now working as teachers and assistants!

My heart has been so blessed to witness this transition through the years. It’s amazing to see them pouring their giftings and passion back into VBS as young adults.

There’s also an amazing team that pulls together the decorations for the sanctuary and as you can see they always take it over the top!
